When I was setting up this page, I put in several guidelines about what I wanted to build. I thought they were straightforward and clear. What came back as a design was dramatically different than anything I would ever use. Although it knows details about me from the internet, it doesn't know me as a person, my likes, dislikes, but especially my aesthetic inklings and leanings.
I once read a book about artificial intelligence where the author wrote a computer could not cipher out the phrase, "Time flies like an arrow" as a colloquialism. The artistic and quirky elements of human behavior may take a while for A.I. to resolve.
The fact is, I know what I like ... and liking something is a very human thing. No?
